Money voted contingently

40:14-12. Money voted contingently The moneys appropriated for such purpose by the municipality may be voted contingently upon the voting of a certain definite sum for that purpose by the board of chosen freeholders of the county in which the municipality is situated, and moneys appropriated for such purpose by the board of chosen freeholders may be voted contingently upon certain sums of money being voted for such purpose by the municipality or municipalities.
