40:13-4. Contract not to exceed three years; advertisement for bids unnecessary The contract may be for one or more years, not exceeding three, as the governing bodies of such county, municipality and school district may provide under the contract and any provision of any law requiring advertisement for bids before the letting of any contract involving the expenditure of money shall not be applicable to the making of any such contract.
