Sale or delivery of adulterated manure prohibited

4:9-31. Sale or delivery of adulterated manure prohibited No person, copartnership, association, or corporation shall furnish, sell or offer for sale, or deliver in this State any unmanufactured horse manure that is adulterated as defined in this act. L.1944, c. 43, p. 98, s. 3.
