4:9-25. Taking and analysis of samples; publication of results For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this article, the director or his deputy, shall take or cause to be taken, as samples, packages of legume inoculants sold, offered or exposed for sale in the state, and shall have free access at all reasonable times, upon and into any premises or structure for this purpose. Payment for samples shall be made at the market price. The director shall make or cause to be made an examination, analysis or test of such samples to determine the conditions of the inoculant; the results of which shall be published in an annual bulletin.
