4:9-23. Information on label of inoculants sold Every package of legume inoculant sold, offered or exposed for sale in this state shall have attached or affixed to the outside of the container a printed tag or label giving the following information: a. The brand name; b. The kinds of legume crops for which the contents may be used; c. Month and year in which inoculant was prepared; d. Probable date beyond which inoculant would be of doubtful value; e. Quantity of material in terms of amount of seed or acreage for which contents may be used; f. Name and address of manufacturer.
