Specialty fertilizers; furnishing of label on application for license

4:9-15.8. Specialty fertilizers; furnishing of label on application for license A person applying for a license to distribute specialty fertilizers shall, at the time of submitting his application, furnish the State Chemist with a label or facsimile thereof for each brand and grade of specialty fertilizer.
