Necessity of license

4:9-15.5. Necessity of license Every person who owns or operates a manufacturing facility in this State or under whose name commercial fertilizers or soil conditioners are distributed in this State shall obtain a license to manufacture or distribute such products. L.1970, c. 66, s. 5.
