Bulk soil conditioners; statement of information

4:9-15.15. Bulk soil conditioners; statement of information For each kind of soil conditioner distributed in bulk in this State, a written or printed statement of the information required by section 14 of this act shall accompany each delivery and be supplied to the customer at the time of delivery.
