Violation; penalty

4:8B-10. Violation; penalty Any person who violates any provision of this act is a disorderly person and upon conviction as such shall be fined not less than $500.00 nor more than $1,000.00, or be imprisoned for not less than 30 days nor more than 1 year, or both. L.1961, c. 125, p. 749, s. 10.
