4:8-17.23. Rules and regulations; formulation The State Board is authorized and directed to formulate and prescribe rules and regulations necessary and appropriate for the administration of this act. Notice of the time and place of a public hearing upon any proposed rule or regulation shall be published not less than 10 days prior to the date of the hearing in at least 2 daily newspapers published in this State. Such notice shall include a brief description of the subject matter of the proposed rule or regulation and of the address to which requests for copies thereof may be addressed. L.1963, c. 29, s. 11.
