Enforcement of act; sample, inspection and analysis of seeds

4:8-17.22. Enforcement of act; sample, inspection and analysis of seeds The duty of enforcing this act and carrying out its provisions and requirements is vested in the State Seed Analyst, who, together with his authorized agents shall sample, inspect, make analysis of, and test seeds transported, sold, or offered or exposed for sale within the State for sowing purposes, at such time and place and to such extent as he may deem necessary to determine whether said seeds are in compliance with provisions of this act, and to notify promptly the person who transported, sold, offered or exposed the seed for sale of any violation.
