Records and samples

4:8-17.18. Records and samples Each person whose name appears on the label as handling agricultural, vegetable, flower, tree or shrub seeds subject to this act shall keep for a period of two years complete records of each lot of seed handled and keep for one year a file sample of each lot of seed after final disposition of said lot. All such records and samples pertaining to the shipment or shipments involved shall be accessible for inspection by the State Seed Analyst or his agent during customary business hours.
