Importation or distribution of infested plants

4:7-5. Importation or distribution of infested plants No person shall import into the state or distribute by sale, gift or otherwise within the state, any plant material, cuttings, seeds, bulbs, tubers, trees, shrubs or vines known to be infested with any disease which by transmission to another plant would cause the death or mutilation of the latter.
