4:7-40. Right of entry to abate nuisance On the day stated in the notice of the department or on any subsequent day or days convenient to it, the officers or agents of the department may enter the lands and premises, and there use such recognized measures as the department may deem advisable to abate and suppress the gipsy moth and its preliminary stages and to protect surrounding vegetation or plant life therefrom.
