Inspection of lands and premises

4:7-37. Inspection of lands and premises At such times as the department of agriculture, hereinafter referred to as the "department" , may deem necessary, its officers or agents may enter and inspect any public or private lands and premises within this state to ascertain whether the plant life or vegetation found thereon is free from the gipsy moth and its preliminary stages.
