Ordering destruction of plants

4:7-19. Ordering destruction of plants If the order of the department, made and served as prescribed in section 4:7-17 of this title, commanded the destruction of any trees, shrubs, plants or nursery stock, the judgment of the court imposing the penalty shall include an order to the officer enforcing its judgment to seize and destroy the specified trees, shrubs, plants or nursery stock, in accordance with the order, which the officer shall thereupon be fully authorized to do.
