4:5-97. Sanitary condition at receiving points The receiving point or station, including the equipment thereof, and in addition all cars, trucks, wagons or other vehicles, coops, crates, batteries and other containers, used at any time in the handling of live poultry, must be kept in a clean and sanitary condition.
