4:5-93.41. Co-operation with local and federal authorities The department may co-operate with any township or county for the control and eradication of brucellosis within the State and with the Bureau of Animal Industry of the United States Department of Agriculture in any system which may be adopted by such bureau for the prevention of the spread and the control of brucellosis and its eradication in the State of New Jersey, or any part thereof, or in the United States and its territories.
