4:5-93.22. Rules and regulations The board shall make rules and regulations respecting the testing, vaccination or other methods of control and eradication of brucellosis of live stock, the prevention of the spread thereof to the live stock of this State, the retention or disposal by sale, segregation or slaughter of positive or suspicious live stock, the payment of indemnity, the disinfection of the premises, the introduction of live stock into the State of New Jersey and into supervised herds, and other regulations to aid in the proper enforcement of this act.
