Supervision of slaughtering and disinfection

4:5-75.9. Supervision of slaughtering and disinfection The killing and the disposal of all animals slaughtered under this act, and the disinfection or destruction of materials as herein prescribed, shall be carried out under the supervision of an authorized agent or representative of the Department of Agriculture who shall promptly prepare and transmit to the department a certificate listing the animals or materials, and showing the disposition thereof.
