Reports of appraisals

4:5-75.8. Reports of appraisals (a) Appraisals of animals shall be reported on forms furnished by the department. Reports of appraisals shall show the number of animals and either the value per head or the weight and value per pound. (b) Appraisals of materials shall be reported on forms furnished by the department and such appraisals shall, when practicable, show the number, size or quantity, unit price, and total value of each kind of material appraised. (c) Reports of appraisals shall be made in quadruplicate and shall be signed by the persons making the appraisements. L.1948, c. 436, p. 1688, s. 8.
