4:5-75.5. Appraisal of animals to be slaughtered; indemnification of owner Animals affected by or exposed to foot-and-month disease or any other exotic or foreign disease, shall be appraised in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 4:5-10, and the owner shall be indemnified in accordance with this Title and the rules and regulations of the board.
