Materials exposed to disease; disinfection or disposal

4:5-75.4. Materials exposed to disease; disinfection or disposal To prevent the spread of foot-and-mouth disease, materials contaminated by or exposed to the disease shall be cleaned and disinfected, if practicable. In all cases where the cost of disinfection would exceed the value of the materials, or if cleaning and disinfection would be impracticable for any reason, the materials contaminated by or exposed to the disease shall be destroyed.
