Carriers to require certificates

4:5-72. Carriers to require certificates No common carrier shall transport cattle from any point outside of this State to any point within this State except for slaughter as prescribed in section 4:5-69 or unless they have a certificate of tuberculin test or a health certificate as prescribed in sections 4:5-54, 4:5-58, and 4:5-59.
