Issuance of certificate for healthy cattle

4:5-32. Issuance of certificate for healthy cattle Whenever the department has made or caused to be made an examination of cattle within this state, and shall have ascertained them to be sound and in good health, the department shall, upon request of the owner, give to him a certificate in writing, signed by the secretary of agriculture, certifying to the fact of the examination and of the good health and condition of the animal or herd.
