Marking affected animals

4:5-31. Marking affected animals Any bovine animal affected with advanced or generalized tuberculosis or with tuberculosis of the udder or which has reacted to the tuberculin test shall be plainly and permanently marked by any member or duly authorized agent or representative of the department, and such marking shall not be construed as cruelty to animals within the meaning of any law of this state.
