4:5-19. Tests at instance of department of agriculture, health department or owner Whenever the Department of Agriculture deems it advisable, or when the Department of Health or the owner of dairy or breeding animals shall request the Department of Agriculture to cause an inspection to be made of any animals which may be diseased with tuberculosis, the Department of Agriculture may designate a veterinarian to make the inspection and, if deemed advisable by the Department of Agriculture, to conduct a tuberculin test of the animals in accordance with the methods prescribed by it. Amended by L.1946, c. 247, p. 873, s. 9.
