Rules and regulations; revocation of license

4:5-109. Rules and regulations; revocation of license The director of the division may make rules and regulations for the enforcement of this article and failure to comply with the same shall be sufficient cause for him to revoke the license granted or permission given. Amended by L.1950, c. 293, p. 994, s. 13.
