Definitions

4:5-107. Definitions As used in this article: "Division" means the Division of Animal Health. "Department" means the Department of Agriculture. "Board" means the State Board of Agriculture. Amended by L.1950, c. 293, p. 994, s. 11; L.1967, c. 175, s. 10, eff. July 25, 1967.
