Treatment of garbage

4:5-106.5. Treatment of garbage No license shall be issued by the department to conduct a garbage-feeding hog farm, nor shall any place be used for that purpose, unless the department is satisfied that all rules and regulations of the board will be complied with, and that all garbage to be fed to swine will be satisfactorily treated or heated to a temperature high enough and for a sufficient length of time to kill disease organisms which are transmissible through garbage as set forth in this act.
