Violation of act or regulations as misdemeanor

4:3-17. Violation of act or regulations as misdemeanor Any person who violates any provision of this act, or the regulations made under this act for carrying out its provisions, or who fails or refuses to comply with or with intent to deceive, or who answers or reports falsely in response to any requirements of this act, or who willfully interferes with the Secretary of Agriculture, his employees or agents, in the carrying out of his duties prescribed in this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
