Injunctive relief

4:3-11.24. Injunctive relief The secretary may institute an action in the Superior Court for injunctive relief to prevent and restrain any violation of this act or of any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to the act. L.1965, c. 94, s. 15, eff. Jan. 1, 1966.
