Confiscation of eggs

4:3-11.17. Confiscation of eggs 8. Any eggs marketed in violation of any provision of this act may be confiscated by a summary proceeding instituted by the secretary. The Superior Court or the municipal court having jurisdiction in the municipality in which such eggs are found shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine such proceedings.
