Nonobservance of land-use regulations; action

4:24-28. Nonobservance of land-use regulations; action Where the supervisors of any district shall find that any of the provisions of land-use regulations adopted in accordance with the provisions of article seven of this chapter (s. 4:24-23 et seq.) are not being observed on particular lands, and that such nonobservance tends to increase erosion on such lands and is interfering with the prevention or control of erosion on other lands within the district, the supervisors may bring an action in the Superior Court and the said court therein may grant appropriate relief.
