Disclosure of status

4:22A-4. Disclosure of status The owner or operator of a pet cemetery, before accepting a pet for disposal, or otherwise reserving or selling a right of disposal for a pet, shall disclose, on a form designed for this purpose by the department, to the pet owner or to the person making arrangements on the owner's behalf, that the pet cemetery is or is not dedicated pursuant to the provisions of this act; and any other information concerning the disposal of pets that the department deems appropriate for disclosure to the public.
