4:22A-10. Compliance with instructions a. A pet cemetery shall dispose of a pet, received thereby for disposal purposes, in compliance with the instructions on the pet disposal form accompanying the pet and the health standards adopted by the department under section 14 of this act. b. The owner or operator of a pet cemetery shall, within 10 days of receipt of a pet for disposal, send a written certification to the person who offered the pet for disposal, attesting to the method, date and place of the disposal. c. A pet cemetery which contains a grave containing more than five pets is presumed to have disposed of pets in violation of this act. L. 1985, c. 401, s. 11.
