4:22-46. Search warrants; issuance Any court having jurisdiction of violations of the law in relation to cruelty to animals may issue search warrants to enter and search buildings or places wherein it is reasonably believed that such law is being violated. Amended by L.1953, c. 5, p. 52, s. 81.
