Fee for taking stray or trespassing animals to pound

4:21-5. Fee for taking stray or trespassing animals to pound For bringing horses, cattle, sheep or swine to the pound as authorized by sections 4:21-1 and 4:21-2 of this title, the person bringing them shall receive two dollars and fifty cents per head from the poundkeeper to be by him collected from the owner as provided in section 4:21-7 of this title.
