Gates as part of partition fence

4:20-4. Gates as part of partition fence Swinging gates erected as a part of a partition fence between adjoining lands shall be considered a lawful fence if they are four feet six inches high, and so close and strong as to prevent horses, cattle and sheep from going through or under them.
