Acquired land held in name of State; sale, conditions

4:1C-42. Acquired land held in name of State; sale, conditions Any land acquired by the committee pursuant to the terms of P.L.1989, c.28 (C.4:1C-38 et al.) shall be held of record in the name of the State and shall be offered for sale by the committee with a deed restriction permanently prohibiting nonagricultural development. Land sold with a deed restriction permanently prohibiting nonagricultural development pursuant to this section is exempt from the provisions of section 2 of P.L.1989, c.28 (C.4:1C-39).
