Agricultural activities exempt from emergency restrictions

4:1C-27. Agricultural activities exempt from emergency restrictions The provisions of any law, rule, regulation or ordinance to the contrary notwithstanding, agricultural activities on land in a municipally approved program, or on land from which a development easement has been conveyed pursuant to section 17 of P.L.1983, c.32 (C.4:1C-24), shall be exempt from any emergency restrictions instituted on the use of water and energy supplies unless the Governor declares that the public safety and welfare require otherwise.
