Administration; operational responsibility

4:1B-6. Administration; operational responsibility The program shall be administered by the Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Agriculture. The Division of Rural Resources of the Department of Agriculture shall have operating responsibility for the program. L.1976, c. 50, s. 6, eff. July 22, 1976.
