Organization of council; chairman

4:1A-3. Organization of council; chairman The council shall organize as soon as possible after the appointment of its members. The council shall select from its membership annually a chairman who shall serve until his successor shall be elected and shall qualify. L.1959, c. 22, p. 98, s. 3.
