Duly licensed veterinarian permitted to debark, silence dog; penalty

4:19-39. Duly licensed veterinarian permitted to debark, silence dog; penalty 2. No person other than a duly licensed veterinarian may surgically debark or silence a dog. A person who violates this section shall be guilty of a crime of the third degree. L.2002,c.102,s.2.
