4:16-31.3. Enlisting participation and cooperation of state and federal agencies and departments In carrying out the purposes of this act, the State Agricultural Experiment Station is authorized and directed to enlist the participation and co-operation of the State Department of Agriculture, the Department of Health, the Department of Public Instruction, the Office of Civilian Defense and its subordinate Defense Councils, and other Federal, State, county, municipal and private agencies in promoting the health and welfare of the citizens of New Jersey and the more effective conduct of the war effort.
