4:16-21.4. Poultry pathology laboratory; Monmouth and Ocean counties; establishment The Agricultural Experiment Station of the State University of New Jersey is authorized and directed to establish, erect and maintain a poultry pathology laboratory in the vicinity of the boundary line separating the counties of Monmouth and Ocean.
