4:16-21.1. Turkey breeding and feeding research farm For the purpose of promoting the development of the agricultural resources of the State and for encouraging the further development of the important poultry industry in the State, the New Jersey State Agricultural Experiment Station is hereby authorized to establish and maintain in the vicinity of Millville a turkey breeding and feeding research farm, and to employ such assistants as may be necessary to carry on the operation of the same.
