4:16-14. Acquisition of buildings, equipment and supplies The board of managers of the experiment station may erect for the use of such department, upon land set aside for that purpose by the trustees of the state agricultural college, such buildings as may be appropriate or necessary and may purchase and acquire such poultry, incubators, brooders and other supplies as are necessary for the proper equipment of the department.
