4:13-47. Injunctions The secretary may also bring an action to restrain the violation or threatened violation of any provision of this act in the Superior Court. L.1962, c. 131, s. 5, eff. July 27, 1962. Amended by L.1971, c. 324, s. 16, eff. Oct. 28, 1971.
