N.J.S.A. 4:12A-53

"Distributor" defined

4:12A-53. "Distributor" defined As used in this act, the word "distributor" shall mean any person, partnership, company, association, firm or corporation licensed as a store, milk dealer, processor or subdealer by the Director of Milk Control to sell milk in New Jersey.
